During lockdown in 2020, I wanted to use my time constructively to build a unique shed! I bought a 12x8 shed with a 2ft veranda, and insulated the whole shed. After the mains electric had been put in, I lined it with plyboard and used laminated floor boards for the floor. I decided to extend the veranda by another 2ft so I could sit outside and enjoy a beer on a nice day. I made the bar top from recycled scaffold boards, and used offcuts from a building site for the bar, leaving a gap for the fridge that came in February 2021. I bought a recycled whiskey barrel and cut the front out and put a shelf in . I tried to use recycled items off of social media, such as: the chairs and bar stools. I also fitted a pair of secure double doors that keep the heat in better.
