The loghouse was our lockdown project. We chose the trees in a local forest back in April 2020 and had them felled and brought round, then using axes and drawknives and chainsaws spent a year building the loghouse.
It is made of around 80 Scots pine trees. Having built it near the house we took it apart in the winter of 2020 / 2021 and moved it to its final location. It is now available as a holiday rental.
