Its a friends and family pub..that is used regularly by all by having bbqs and parties.
The pub is engrained into everyones mind as we are always getting kind additions to the pub interior from anywhere in the world! The pub games(darts) and arcades just add to the fun!!
Our pub shed is special because we started the build in lockdown with close family with my dad, Paul building the actual bar and drinks rack!
We have full electricity, a hand painted & varnished floor, painted walls and ceiling. Its fully insulated and had a second skin of wood. A hand made bar with reclaimed varnished scaffold bar top. A recycled bathroom mirror home made drinks shelf. Heavy wood bar stools & original furniture for the summerhouse upholstered by a local firm in Farnborough who usually upholster planes!!
The original table which came with the summer house has been modified to fit an arcade stick (by chopping it in half). Surround sound added, loads of lighting, strobe projector aimed at the back of the house - great for parties.
Beer machine, recycled light up beer tap (for show), darts board. 2 tvs & sky. Fridge, cocktail making equipment and lots of glasses! Outside lights, bar sign and plaque. Old deco from family items passed down perfect for a pub. Lots of beer mats, wine racks under the seating.
Crazy signs from friends and light up electric neon signs, inside British flags, magnet collection from travels. Some very old cocktail and etiquette books from the 1920s, last orders ringing bell, specials chalk board. Also a light up toucan. .thinking Guinness lol. Many nik naks.
