    Shed Features

The Bungay Water Tower is a working water tower in the heart of Bungay! We wanted to base our water tower shed on the biggest water tower we knew so we imitated the design of Jumbo Water Tower in Colchester. It has storage underneath for Jan's garden tools.

Jan has a tiny slither of cobbled yard in front of her house on the street, so we had no room for a full size shed, so we made a minature shed which stores what she needs for her plants: water, watering can, trowel, dust pan and brush.

The water tower is made out of fence posts, gravel boards and an aluminium roof.

As everyone will see Jan's shed as they walk past, we wanted to make something that would put a smile on peoples faces. People are proud of their water towers and I think theyll love minature water towers twice as much!

    Other Shed info

In the photos you can see my drawing of how the shed would look as a water tower and how we fit the water butt inside. It took three days to make and two hours to install.

I made this for my friend Jan, as I make things for gardens and we were planning it in the winter all glum. Now its summer and up we're just giggling about it.
