After returning from holiday I decided to put good use to our very unused and unloved summer house by putting in a simple bar. Then it just grew from there, adding bits and bobs that I collected from my travels. Now we brew our own champagne from the bar and is a regular venue for much of the village.
The conversion only took me about 3 weeks of pretty constant work. The previous owner of our house worked on the QE2 so our bar has a nautical theme.
