    Shed Features

After lockdown and lengthy periods of working from home, I decided to build a garden office from where I can work.

I also added a vinyl player and book shelves so that I could use the shed as a library. Since I like the colour yellow I decided to go with an all yellow theme, adding suitable yellow items whenever I find them.

To make the shed look more unique I decided to build a frame around the larger of the windows. I managed to find an old fireplace surround that had been chucked away, I put this at the top of the window and on the sides I put stair spindles.

    Other Shed info

A lot of the material is recycled, the base of the shed was built on top of concrete slabs taken from an old patio. The windows were bought 2nd hand and the door was taken from an old conservatory that was dismantled. The insulation was a mix of materials where I kept some polystyrene slabs which I found.
