My wife has Parkinson's so I wanted to turn our shed into somewhere she could do her yoga and relax.
I stripped out our old shed,repainted it, insulated it then did some first fix electrics and plaster boarded it out. I had it plastered then second fixed the electrics whilst fitting a sauna and some kitchen cabinets including one for our tumble dryer.
I've fitted a plasma TV on an angle bracket so you can watch it in the sauna as well as the main part of the STAY whilst exercising or watching films on Netflix.
I put an old surround sound system and Amazon £8 disco light in so now we got out there on weekends with friends and watch live concerts on YouTube with the sound going and lights flashing and it is the perfect rave therapy for Claire when we dance the night away.
We have decorated it with frames of our favourite CD cases and an old electric guitar to give it that musical theme
