My art studio is based upon the concept of Versailles and a treasure box. I have made my own mini version of a grand palace as my work space.
The building was constructed by my husband using as much of recycled materials and locally sourced as much as possible. Such as windows, flooring, sink and spare pieces lying around.
The interior decor, curtains, pelmets, plaster work is all handmade by myself. Excluding door pelmet.
The animals are all based upon the fauna present in our local environment. The pictures are a working progress and I am continually adding to them. I imagine it will take a number of years to complete.
It has power and water.
